Collectively create a white paper "Community manager responsibilities"

The result of the project will be a white paper that shall help company leaders better understand

what community managers are all about, their responsibilities and their impact to the overall business

objectives to a corporation.

We just recently built several much smaller communities for small businesses with a few hundred customers. The community managers there are either the owner, the sales guy or a office assistant who also takes care of marketing and other jobs. We may want to structure the white paper in a way that we build in a section for small business community managers so they find this white paper valuable too.
